Wally Neibart - is an internationally known humorous award winning illustrator. Wally is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Art, Illustration Dept. His work appears in national magazines, advertising campaigns, text books, etc. A professor of art and guest lecturer at many colleges and universities, Wally Neibart is also involved in programs at libraries and public schools, bringing his whimsical creativity to adults and children of all ages with humorous illustration.

Interests: Wally is married, has two children, and is a veteran of the US Navy. He is an avid salt water fisherman.
