John Emil Cymerman - Born in Philadelphia in 1953, John is a graduate of the Hussian School of Art, where he is currently teaching illustration. In his 15-year career as an illustrator, he has received numerous awards from the Art Directors Club of Philadelphia. His work has been published in the New York Times Book Review and the Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books. John is very conceptual.
